Monita has a unique ability to guide and support leaders and teams within highly matrixed environments through strategic objectives and functional goals.

As the owner of Cultivating Excellence in Organizations, Monita offers short – and long-term engagements to clients in private and public sectors, and not-for-profit organizations. She helps enhance leaders, teams, and organizations’ knowledge, skills, and practices to increase their performance and effectiveness. To get results, she uses systematic processes, adult learning techniques, and best practices to design and customize relevant instructor-led and online courses, programs, and strategy sessions. Her goal is to provide clients with optimal productivity and results; therefore, as needed, she assembles a team of highly experienced facilitators, executive coaches, authors, or private and public -sector subject matter experts (SMEs) to offer a variety of expertise and personalized approach.

Improvement (ISPI) and has a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Mercer University School of Medicine, a Master of Science in Education (MSEd) as a Training & Performance Improvement Specialist from Capella University, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Education specializing in Community Health and Human Services.

She was Associate Director and faculty member of UCLA’s School Management Program for nearly 15 years where she specialized in organizational alignment, leadership, change and inclusive planning and decision making. Adena held Human Resource Management and Organizational Development positions in multiple industries.

Deborah has over 30 years of corporate and consulting experience and over 20 years working with clients in leadership and organization effectiveness, diversity management and executive coaching. He guides clients in bridging the gap between what work is and what it could be – where people see their jobs as a source of growth connection, and energized focus.

Matt completed his PhD in Positive Organizational Psychology at Claremont Graduate University, where he was awarded the inaugural Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi Dissertation Award for Excellence in Positive Psychology for his research on cultivating flow in the workplace.
